Boundaries, Safety & Terms of Use
I care deeply about the people who land here.
So it’s important we’re clear about what this space is — and what it’s not.
This is not therapy.
The Clarity Session and all content shared through this Substack publication are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric treatment, or crisis care.
While my work is grounded in over 10,000 hours of LGBTQ+ mental health experience, what I offer here is mentorship and strategic wellness support — not clinical diagnosis or treatment.
What does that mean?
I won’t diagnose you
I don’t provide psychiatric care
I don’t offer emergency services
But I will meet you with real presence, clarity, and compassion
If you’re in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or feel unsafe in your mind or body, please seek immediate help through licensed mental health professionals or emergency services.
You deserve care that fully matches the depth of what you’re facing.
Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries
Clarity Sessions are one-on-one and confidential, held within the ethical boundaries of my professional practice. However, they are not governed by clinical psychotherapy regulations or protected health privacy laws.
Please avoid sharing anything that requires formal safeguarding or legal confidentiality. If you’re unsure, you’re always welcome to reach out before booking.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy
All Clarity Sessions are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Professional Registration
I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), British Psychological Society (BPS), American Psychological Association (APA) and the Health Professions Council (HPCSA).
However, sessions offered through this Substack are not regulated by these bodies and do not constitute a formal therapeutic relationship or duty of care.

Final Word
This work is here to support you — gently, honestly, and ethically.
It’s not a replacement for clinical care, but it might be the space you’ve needed to finally feel understood.
